Ms. McLean earned a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California
at Berkeley in 1992. Ms. McLean received her law degree from
the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996.
Prior to graduation from law
school, Ms. McLean clerked at the San Diego District
Attorney's Office as well as the Public Defenders Office.
Ms. McLean has been involved in the University of San Diego
Lawyer Volunteer Program.
Following Ms. McLean's
graduation from law school, she joined the Law Offices of
James J. Cunningham as an associate specializing in
plaintiff's workers' compensation claims, including unlawful
termination litigation. In 2000, she joined the firm of
Siegel and Moreno focusing on workers' compensation defense
litigation. Ms. McLean is presently an associate at the firm
of Hack, Shaw & Hackley engaged in defense litigation for
self-insured companies. Ms. McLean has practiced in all
Workers' Compensation venues in Southern California. She is
licensed to practice in California and is a member of the
California Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar
Association.
