Erickson
Mr. Erickson has extensive experience in business and real
estate law matters including, among other things, business
entity formations and consultations and residential and
commercial real estate transactions and related litigation,
arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Erickson served as a
supervising broker and legal consultant for one of San
Diego’s premier real estate brokerages for five years. In
this capacity, he managed and supervised literally hundreds
of real estate transactions. Mr. Erickson also has
experience in bankruptcies, estate planning, general civil
litigation and insurance bad faith claims.

 Lance Duran
Mr. Duran began his legal career in Complex Civil Litigation
as co-counsel to a seasoned litigator in matters dealing
with Joint Venture Dissolutions, Complex Contract Disputes
and Civil Fraud.
The cases exposed Mr. Duran to sophisticated litigation strategies
employed by well known and established litigation firms such
as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Aschuler, Grossman, Stein &
Kahan; and Rutan & Tucker; as well as local attorneys with
significant experience in complex litigation matters. The
experiences trained Mr. Duran in helping his clients meet
the objectives of the client’s financial interests while
negotiating through litigation tactics where the client’s
were often out-resourced.
