Referred investors must confirm in writing they were "merely referred" by you and saw no public advertising and no sales information prior to returning an Investor Questionnaire. In other words, you can tell them only in general terms about who we are and what we do. They must return an Investor Questionnaire, and we must review it to determine they are legally qualified investors, before we can give them a prospectus for any particular offering we may have available.

If you, as a referring party, do anything beyond making a "mere introduction" and encouraging the prospective investor to learn more about us, then we would have to reject the investor.  Otherwise we could lose the right to sell our investment offerings, when available, in California. So please - FOLLOW THESE RULES!
